Peter Morici is an economist and emeritus professor of business at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, the University of Maryland and a national columnist. His views appear regularly in MarketWatch, published by Dow Jones, the Washington Times and other major metropolitan dailies throughout the United States and Canada, and on leading business and political websites. He participates in forecasting surveys at Reuters, Dow Jones and several other services, and his views are featured several times each week on the BBC, Fox, Newsmax and other major media networks. He is a seven-time winner of the MarketWatch top forecaster award.

Peter is the author of 18 books, numerous scholarly articles and has published in the Harvard Business Review and Foreign Policy. He received his PhD in Economics from the State University of New York.

Jon is a seasoned manufacturing, engineering, and automation expert with over two decades of experience in the field. His journey began as a machine operator working the midnight shift while pursuing his college education. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and a knack for tackling new challenges, Jon has navigated through a diverse range of positions within the same Fortune 500 company. His extensive portfolio includes supply chain, behavioral safety, process safety, EHS management, and data automation, spanning various locations across the Eastern and Midwest regions.

Jon possesses a deep expertise in risk management, root-cause analysis, and opportunity assessment. His background as a software developer and UX/UI advocate further complements his skillset, enabling him to bridge the gap between technology and operational excellence. In his most recent role, Jon demonstrated his commitment to knowledge sharing by teaching C# programming to process, mechanical, and chemical engineers, empowering them to harness data automation for enhanced efficiency.

Jon holds a BA in Business from William Penn University and an MS in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Elijah Condellone is a Regional Business Development Manager at Factur, where he helps contract manufacturers and B2B industrial suppliers find new customers to grow revenue and diversify. With over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles, Elijah has sold to Fortune 500, Global 1000, and small and medium-sized customers across various industry sectors, but manufacturing is his passion. He loves seeing his clients win!

In his current role, Elijah creates Growth Solutions for clients, specializing in assisting small and medium-sized contract manufacturers and B2B industrial suppliers who need to grow their businesses but lack essential sales and marketing resources.

Elijah has been married for 17 years to his wife, Crystal, and they have two children, Briton (22) and Gracie (18). Outside of work, Elijah enjoys public speaking, coaching, and mentoring.

Nathan Nisley has experiences in many fields, including starting and co-founding several businesses. Currently he owns Boon Books, is a senior DISC consultant in association with Personality Insights, is the regional representative for the Symbiz Network, and is a Professional EOS Implementer.

Alex has spent the majority of her career developing product experiences focused on accelerating small business manufacturing. She’s traveled to hundreds of small to mid sized manufacturers across the US throughout her time leading the builds of various scheduling systems, shop floor data collection solutions, and the current Fulcrum product.

Alex graduated from the University of Indiana and before joining Fulcrum, spent several years in various supply chain roles at Target where she gained experience and insights into the complexities of large-scale sourcing.
